LADAM Events
In addition to all the training we provide, LADAM organises lots of social rides and events every the year. Naturally, most of our organised rides are scheduled during the warmer months, but don’t worry, we don’t hibernate entirely in the depths of winter either, and regularly organise talks and presentations to keep our members engaged with all thing motorcycling and advanced riding related.
LADAM Club Saturdays
We meet every second Saturday at Leicester North Services, Birstall, Leicester LE4 3BT. Follow the road behind the services and into the car park. We meet throughout the year for Observed Rides and our regular Saturday Group Ride, only cancelling if the temperature drops below three degrees.
If you have a great route and would like to lead a Saturday ride out, let us know.
Winter Events Programme
All Members and Associates are welcome to our Winter Programme of Member’s events. These take place at Fosse Riders Club House, Fosse Riders Pavilion, 259 Glenfield Rd, Leicester LE3 6DL on the second Tuesday of each month from October through to March. They start at 7pm - please bring a prize for the raffle! We are currently working on the events for the 2024/2025 Winter Programme, but the programme from 2023/24 will give you an idea of the events we run.

Longer Ride Outs 2024 - 2025
Throughout the year, we try to have at least one longer ride each month, that may last a half or full day. Members are all welcome, although we recommend that Associates check with their Observer before signing up. Usually the numbers are restricted for these rides and you will need to book in advance. Trips in 2023 included a Tour of the Cotswolds, a Lincoln Loop, a trip to Yorkshire and Bangers and Cash and a ride across to Suffolk.

Yorkshire - an all day trip to Squires
The Ride:
John Adderley will lead a 300 mile trip, starting from Leicester North, heading along the A46 to Newark before heading across country. Expect a great mix of roads from minor roads through beautiful countryside to dual carriageways and motorway.
The ride will be limited to 12 bikes, so reserve your place now by completing this Google form. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and the form will be closed as soon as all space are filled.
Summer Chip Shop Rides
During the summer months, the Members’ events are replaced by a rideout on the second Tuesday of every month. These all leave from Leicester North Services promptly at 6:30pm and head in any direction towards a fish and chip shop. All Members and Associates are welcome and there is no restriction on the number of riders, nor do you need to book. For dates for 2024, check the calendar above.
